Admission & Ticketing

• Tickets must be purchased in advance or upon arrival and are non-refundable.
• Visitors must present valid tickets upon entry.
• All ticket prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Children of all ages must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any visitor for behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or dangerous to other visitors or animals.

Health & Safety

• All visitors are expected to follow the instructions of aquarium/zoo staff for their own safety and the well-being of the animals.
• Feeding and touching of animals are allowed in designated areas or as guided by staff.
• We recommend visitors with allergies, medical conditions, or special needs inform staff to ensure the best possible experience.
• Visitors must adhere to all posted signs, warnings, and safety guidelines while on the premises.

Animal Welfare

• We are committed to the ethical treatment and conservation of animals. Visitors must treat all animals with respect and not engage in any behavior that may cause harm or distress.
• Visitors should refrain from making loud noises, throwing objects, or attempting to interact with the animals in any way unless explicitly allowed by the aquarium/zoo staff.
• Please do not feed the animals, unless otherwise instructed by staff.

Media & Recording

• Photography and video recording are permitted for personal use only. Commercial photography or filming requires prior approval.
• Visitors may not use flash photography, as it can distress the animals.
• By entering the premises, visitors agree to allow Layton Aquarium & Wildlife Encounters to use any photos or videos taken of visitors for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes.

Prohibited Items & Accessibility

Prohibited Items:

• Pets (with the exception of service animals)
• Food and beverages (unless explicitly stated)
• Large bags, backpacks, or other items that may obstruct walkways or pose a safety hazard
• Dangerous items, including weapons, fireworks, or chemicals

Liability & Events

• Visitors enter the premises at their own risk. Layton Aquarium & Wildlife Encounters is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to property while on the premises.
• By entering the premises, visitors agree to indemnify and hold Layton Aquarium & Wildlife Encounters, its employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their visit.

Special events, tours, and educational programs may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be provided at the time of booking or registration. We reserve the right to cancel or modify events due to unforeseen circumstances.
